Account & data deletion

Use this form to request deletion of your nickname, gameplay stats, and any personal data stored on our servers in connection with snake.pit, paper.pit, or any other .pit game.

What gets deleted

Your nickname (removed from leaderboards and match history).
All gameplay statistics tied to your nickname / install ID.
Any FCM push tokens associated with your devices (notifications stop).
Any open match share pages tied to your matches.

Server-side data is deleted within 30 days from the request. Crash logs and aggregated analytics (which contain no personal data) are subject to the standard retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.

Faster: do it in-app

The fastest way is to open the game and tap Settings → "Reset profile". This deletes your local data immediately and triggers server-side deletion automatically.

Usa questo modulo per richiedere la cancellazione del nickname, delle statistiche di gameplay e di ogni dato personale memorizzato sui nostri server in relazione a snake.pit, paper.pit, o qualsiasi altro gioco .pit.

Cosa viene cancellato

Il nickname (rimosso da classifiche e storico partite).
Tutte le statistiche di gameplay associate al nickname / ID di installazione.
I token FCM push associati ai dispositivi (le notifiche si fermano).
Eventuali pagine di condivisione partita legate alle tue partite.

I dati server-side vengono cancellati entro 30 giorni dalla richiesta. Crash log e aggregati analytics (che non contengono dati personali) sono soggetti ai periodi di retention standard descritti nella Privacy Policy.

Più veloce: dall'app

Il modo più rapido è aprire il gioco e toccare Impostazioni → "Reset profilo". Cancella subito i dati locali e attiva automaticamente la cancellazione lato server.
